We currently offer free delivery for all online orders delivered to mainland UK.
Processing time: this is the time needed to make and prepare an order for delivery, this varies for each item.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when sending worldwide. Nicky Webb Jewellery is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Online: through our secure payment option or Paypal.
Shows and events: cash, BACS and card payments via Paypal.
When confirming a commission a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Full payment is then due on collection of the item. If your jewellery is to be posted out, full payment is due before the item will be posted.
Returns & exchanges
Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Simply return the unused/unworn item in its original condition along with any packaging and documentation.
I don't accept cancellations once an order has been placed, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: custom or personalised orders, earrings (for health/hygiene reasons), items on sale.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Preferably Nicky Webb Jewellery would rather take any measurements/sizes (e.g. ring size), if this is not possible and you provide the measurement Nicky Webb Jewellery will not accept any responsibility if the finished piece does not fit.
We only use your shipping, billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order and to fulfil your order.
